Views are out over the farm onto the open
countryside beyond. The hills roll invitingly to the distance – the keen walker will find it hard to resist! Buzzards can often be spotted riding the thermals over the hills making for an unforgettable sight. You may also be lucky enough to spot an otter or the elusive red squirell, both of which make their home in this region which is literally teeming with wildlife.
The gardens surrounding the farmhouse offers an oasis of tranquility and for the endlessly energetic, why not burn off those calories on our well-kept private tennis court.
Both rooms offer the comfort of hand-sprung beds, crisp linen sheets and sumptuous pillows & duvets – Just the thing to dive into after a hard days exploring!
We provide full hospitality trays complete with a yummy selection of biscuits. There are tea and coffee (supplied) making facilities in each room together with hairdryers and Freeview satellite TV .
Bathtimes are an indulgent treat with a selection of exquisite branded toiletries to pamper yourself with as you soak in the deep tubs. The ensuite room has a powerful, invigorating Powershower over the bath – just the thing to wake you up in the morning.
We also provide soft, fluffy cotton towels and cuddly robes for you to relax and unwind in.

Cereals, fresh orange juice and fresh fruit. A selection of brown and white toast with homemade marmalade, jam or local honey.
Then Cooked to order, a choice of;
- Home-made traditional farmhouse porridge
- Full Northumberland Breakfast (All ingredients are locally sourced and produced) - Rare breed dry-cured bacon, traditional Northumbrian sausage, farmhouse black pudding, tomatoes, mushrooms, free-range eggs cooked to your liking (fried, poached, scrambled or boiled with soldiers)
- Craster kippers
- Scrambled free-range egg and smoked salmon
